The hardest thing to change and the most crucial one is mindset. You can relatively easily start working out, lose weight, earn good money or create a new habit. But it will still not change you internally, maybe slightly. Changing the identity of oneself-beliefs,thought patterns,emotions,the perception of yourself- is a hardship and takes a lot of effort and time.
