2	How to get over it? It sounds like you’re feeling despair amongst other things. Betrayal like that isn’t easy to get over. It’s never easy to hear but the in my experience, the best way forward is to stop feeling sorry for yourself. Don’t be a victim. Bad shit happened to you for sure. 2	I exist There’s a lot of good advice and wisdom here (except changing to a male counselor)I won’t repeat it. I’m in the same boat. I guess it comes down to 3 options. Live, die, or exist.
