1) Some of this is opinion based, or tied together by.. no one knows. Women "are better leaders". How did they get this statistic? How does that statistic then correlate to a better leader? Something opinion-y is going on here and that's just one point as an example. 2) What does sexual activities have anything to do with being a leader? And I'm not just talking about the picture.

I think he has some solid points, and valid opinions. I opened a couple articles and I don't think any of them I have seen are hate speak, racist, sexist, transphobic per say. I agree that you should be happy and proud no matter what/who you are, gay/straight, cis/trans, male/female, white/black, etc.. I will say I think the tweet about "heterosexual pride day" was a little too far. Saying you deserve to be shot because you have a different opinion isn't ok in my book.

I agree... Maybe a max of a year. Case to case basis. You do need to give some people time to find a new place that is affordable to them, possibly a new job if moving etc...
