Exactly, unbelievable. Maybe she's taken note of that fact...

This should be completely obvious to OP, but thank you for pointing it out in such a civil manner.

We "should" be telling them c. y and z? Are you kidding??? If you want to be told what to do, please allow me to tell you that you "should" STFU and mind your own business. Why do you care if other people date or not? Go to therapy and discuss.

Amen. But what about Rachel and Mark????????

I agree you shouldn't date or marry her under those circumstances (and I'm a divorced single mother myself), but my opinion is irrelevant. In retrospect, I realize I shouldn't have married a man with existing children for similar reasons. I didn't have any of my own, was very loving toward his and we even had a child together, yet couldn't make our marriage work - mostly due to the complications of extended family. That is real reason people become "serial divorcers," btw. The more marriages you…

I have never once done this and absolutely DO believe it's a wrongful invasion of privacy.

Amen, sister. I can't believe I wasted 5 minutes of my life reading these vapid arguments. I'm under no illusions that older men prefer younger women, and after years of being used and abused in my twenties and thirties, I am exhausted by the very thought of having to deal with them again. I'm far more concerned with raising my resulting child and regaining all I lost while wasting my time with said men. For whatever it's worth, I recently read that men are at their peak attractiveness at 50 and…

This is complete lie. It has nothing to do with how attractive he is and everything to do with how he approaches me. I have had some excessively creepy experiences with men whose appearances I don't even recall. Timing also matters & this is something you can't control. If you approach someone while they are being harassed online during a contentious divorce, they are probably going to find you suspicious.

Conversations as appalling as this one lead me to the same conclusion. :/

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
