I'm sorry you had to go through this experience, but we both woke up to this reality and can operate better.

The harems of PickMes or Naive-Bordeline-Stupid Girls. 🙄 As long as they're around, these men will continously have a supply of ass to just swap out when they need. Even if they have an SO, they'll be dating their SO privately but still responding to DMs and sending them out.

Right?! And when you talk about their truth, people have the gall to project everything onto you!

THIS. Some of these men think they get access to things automatically and passes on other shitty behavior because they aren't doing obviously shitty things like hit their partners, say misgynistic things, or outwardly discriminate against women in the workplace. This one dude I dated seemed perfect, but I realized he was almost too sexually forward way too fast. Even with his text messages and stuff. He expected me to just lower my guard because he's supposedly "a great guy on paper". Turns out …

The worst part is that she is yelling because she bought him that car and brought him into HER house.

I don't think she's even playing the same game we are. She's a victim under my perception. Jay Z had no business chasing that teenage girl down, but she's lliving under a business partnership now. I honestly don't believe those two love each other, but at least she's getting things she wants out of it and thriving. I think her true love is the relationship she has with her kids.

Casual sex has been deeply traumatic for me. I don't know why we gaslight sensitive women into being sexually open to things that just don't make them feel comfortable. I have autism, so giving people access to my body and the reactions sex triggers for me is so complicated. I hate the feeling of having been taken advantage of.

The same thing happened to me! But had the audacity to ask: "Is it a lot of blood?"

I feel this, but she says has actually talked about this in interviews and how her 20s were so dumb for her. She has this phrase that really stuck with me from a Genius interview which was: "I used to believe [dudes] liked me just cause they said so." Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kr5V6muCJR8 She used to be a Pick Me but is now processing and learning how to jump out of that mentality.Thats why she calls herself out on "Shirt" with the damn, bitch you like 30 line. The whole tone of th…

Can't y'all just picture him scurrying to do this 5 minutes before he leaves the house?

How do y'all handle breaking up with someone that didn't really commit a big offense, but you're not feeling it? He's been sweet and fun, but I feel no sexual/physical attraction to him anymore. I don't want to string him along.

Just remember that you are your own best investment. You spend the most time with yourself. Why wait to actually do everything you want to do?

This comment, everyone. This comment deserves all the awards and medals. You're out here speaking truth so many of us don't realize. The feeling of disposability is definitely something I'm going to have tattoed on my hands to remind me 24/7

The PhD/MBA assholes are some huge low-key LVMs. They can hide it so well, but then execute maximum damage

The psychological toll really does weigh heavy. I don't know how guys can just brush off manipulating people emotionally for sex

I swear, there is some alignment magic with FDS. I just had this issue with a weird ass, playing-hard-to-get nerd. I can't believe a man is taking himself seriously if he -at age 30- is living in a studio apartment the size of my room with no living room furniture and a "kitchen" the size of of a desk. I'm sure you're a smart data scientist, mister... but do you have more of a personality past liking to bike, saying you're nerdy, and acting like you're a musical genius despite not knowing anythi…

Vetting is so important. Quarantine dating sucks though because everyone just wants to take you back to their place to watch Netflix

You're so right. I think I just got caught up quickly because I knew him in a way that his reputation for being "the perfect guy" preceded him, but damn. Did I just lose all respect for him.

What ticked me off so much was that I didn't even have to accept the apology. This wasn't about me feeling better or making sure I wasn't in a bad place. This was purely to let himself know that he's "not a bad guy"
