It really depends on the type of female circumcision. Obviously some of the real FGM type shit like removing the clitoris or the small amount of really fucked up FGM like removing the clitoris, cutting the labia minora and majora and sewing them together is inarguably worse and not comparable at all. But the less harmful (still fucked up but less harmful) female circumcision like removal of clitoral hood is definitely comparable. Almost the same even.
