But it happens. All the time. Last month a man in Minnesota threw a baby from a balcony because a women rejected him. Before that a man tried to shoot a sex worker for rejecting him. Within the past month there was a case in India and the UAE where men killed women for turning down their advances. Do a simple google search and see how many different articles come up. It’s an issue.

Why do you think women say “I have a boyfriend” when they’re single? Or give out fake numbers. Or avoid straight up “no’s” like with OP. They’re was a whole sub on reddit where men talked about murdering women because they wouldn’t date them. The Santa Fe shooter’s motive was to get revenge against a girl who rejected him. So yeah, obviously it’s not everyone, but it’s still a major problem and sadly incredible common.

Well your first point isn’t a real thing, and serves as an example of how women are oppressed. The rest, while are unfortunate biases, aren’t discrimination or oppression. Further more, these biases come from a patriarchal society, so it’s men putting these biases onto other men.

You just highlighted a good point. Since women make up 56% percent of the vote, their representation should be equal, but it’s not. Only 20% of the members of Congress are female. This shows the disparity between population and actual representation. Your last comment doesn’t make sense, and doesn’t relate to voting and power in the US.
