1	Denver allocates $2M in taxpayer funds to provide homeless women, trans and non-binary people $12 000 each Wait... Free phones? Isn't the Obama phone expansion of the lifeline program still in effect? Also, if they were going to limit it to less than 1/3rd of homeless people, why not make the money really count and limit it to just trans people of color...
