3	It’s about time Our Australian trial was completely corrupt. You could only use the card at businesses that were coincidentally Liberal party donors. You couldn't use it in small independent supermarkets, which were the primary source of groceries for many - but sure Dan Murphy's (a bottle-o/alcohol shop) was fair game on the card. It also cost 10k a year per card to manage - when the recipients of the welfare were only receiving 14k anyway. This is a law for taking up multiple seats, the article spins it as manspreading, but it's a fairly reasonable law if you look at it without the context of the article.
