Exactly, I’m a high schooler and I wish they taught us practical advice like this. I have been wanting to lose weight for years as I was bullied about it since i was a child( wasn’t even that overweight 5”10 170lb before I lost the 15). I never knew how easy it could be.

My school used to bus girls out to a stem/more specifically engineering convention with a project to get more girls in stem. I always hated this as I would like to become an engineer. They would absolutely not take boys which always made me unimaginably pissed.

It’s not even that I mind so much. I have never and will never post on that sub anyway but I just think it a ridiculous that a system like that exists. Imagine if I had been someone who posted in there frequently and enjoyed doing so but was banned because of a completely unrelated life choice.

This guy made the mistake of engaging. If you just go and say that women should not be hired in your field of course he is going to get screwed. People need to learn to lay more low with this kind of thing. Though I still think that what they did to this poor man is fucked beyond belief.
