Try to find some inner peace through meditation and inner stillness. Except the present situation as it is entirely. Maybe spend some time in nature with a book under a tree. Breathe in the fresh air in an open field and know that your are not a separate fragment from the whole cosmos but are one with it. I hope you find peace.
