Not even a humorous spin to oneself is required, usually amplifying your feelings to an unrealistic degree and complainig accordingly lets people think you're joking. I usually complain about things that way so people can't tell if I'm serious or not when I say something extreme as well.

Very true. I've been presented with no benefits of it and have seen (not confirmed) that theres a correlation between estrogen and flexibility in both sexes. It may be an illusory correlation thinking it creates more. Why not post something that suggests you do know something, if one does not know something, teach.

I was only upset about it for 2 months, after that, things were heading up and I spent most of the time the happiest I've been in my life.

I'll definitely keep that in mind.

With high levels of cardiovascular endurance, the body uses calories more effeciently. Ex: Rather than using 100 calories on a heavy lift, it will only put 60 in it son it can use more later.

Unless there's a good reason for it, like martial arts, theres no reason not to lift with it. The only reason one of my friends does yoga and doesn't lift is because he's in Tae Kwon Do and BJJ and spends all his spare time there or working on flexibility. Yoga itself is fine and a good idea. Yoga without lifting or a damn good rationale is for women in my opinion.

Wooah there, in just had no desire, not no ability. I had attractive girls approach me in between classes at college asking for sex which is how I discovered that I tryely just didn't want to. I just told them I was busy, and continued watching South Park or reading or staring off blankly into space instead. I've had my times spinning plates, controlling an LTR and even a few girls that I could call and tell them to be ready for me to be over at their house in 10 minutes and would follow my inst…

I think he lifted to the best of his abilities, I don't remember reading that there were barbells and dumbbells when he was around, but I remember reading that he did lift a lot of heavy objects and exercise in strength building ways.

I edited it to clarify that it wasn't voluntary, I just had no desire to. But your makes sense. My penis has experienced no death sentance, but my sex drive still feels low, even while dating my current girlfriend.

She took it as seriously as I meant it. I will say it back on occation, but usually in a light hearted way, like girls say it to their friends. If she can't tell how I feel about her, she isn't evoking feelings and that's not my fault.

You'll get used to sitting differently eventually! But avoid things that could cause serious muscle imbalances if you choose to do upper body, especially in the back. Having stronger upper body muscles on one side, primarily back, can cause issuses such as pulling the sound farther to one side than the other.

"He’s confident enough to know that the mild flirtations you have at a cocktail party and your unyielding friendship with your work husband are never a threat to your relationship." No thank you. Shit, I don't see what's wrong with that, (but then again, I'm 19) I use it as reasoning to flirt with more attractive girls than my girlfriend and make sure she can't say anything about it because it was her idea to be able to flirt with people. I think this article is assuming that both partners have …

Please go straight to r/redpillwomen if you do yoga and don't lift. Next thing you know you'll start thinking cross fit counts as lifting.

You can do leg exercises, maybe you can't squat, but there are a lot of machines you can do. Cardiovascular endurance kills gains by reprogramming the way your body uses energy.

I don't see how that works for anyone. All it did for me was remind me how sex just isn't important and make me feel completely disinterested in sex to the point I thought I was becoming asexual for about 10 months, so I can't empathize with any other point of view. Edit: I did it after I dumped my girlfriend of the time, I lost all libido, I didn't choose to, I just had no sex drive.

George Washington was a fighter and a general, you think he didn't lift? He was a very strong man.

My girlfriend asked why I never say it back and I told her it's her job to know how I feel about her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
