Man, pay attention right here on what others have said about not talking to cops. Speak only with your attorney. Do not talk to your ex either. Attorney-client confidentiality is a real important idea that is vastly underestimated. Cease all electronic communication about this subject. These can all be subpoenaed. (cell phone, etc etc). If it isn't too much trouble, and if you have the funds, absolutely fuck her life up, LEGALLY.

Yeah, the chart goes against what a lot of people are inundated with through consumerism. Like eating bread, etc. Our world is one of consumerism, and unfortunately, that has negatively impacted society's health. The idea is to eat food that is not processed at all if possible. Sauerkraut has high salt content, beet root is starchy and therefore turns to sugar once digested. The idea is to eliminate sugar in all its forms as much as possible.
