1	Lifting for fat complete beginners The walking helps with that but I found lifting really heavy just totally sucked all the negativity right out of me like nothing else. Just totally zen’d me out. Even at 70lbs I’d say stick with the weights especially at our age (I’m 35) we start to deal with stuff like collagen loss and elasticity... etc. And that’s just the issues on the outside. Keep it simple to start and as you become more confident and comfortable you can switch it up. I also recommend you do full body workouts to start and don’t do leg/arm day... aka “bro splits”. 3	Lifting for fat complete beginners Yes, it’s 80% food 20% exercise. Unfortunately if you don’t do weights or go a cardio route and have a lot of weight to loose you end up a saggy sack of skin. Genetics and age also play a role... but if she has 100lbs or more to loose... she wants to do weights. Also, the more muscle you have on you, the more weight you burn at rest. 5	Anxiety wearing dresses, skirts ect... Any advice? (Plus size) I used to be morbidly obese and I’m very tall. I was and still am, almost always in a dress. If anything I found dresses covered up the things I didn’t like and helped me have more of a shape. Especially if I used little belts at the waist. 13	How to/when to negotiate? Because like the other commenter said most windows are in fact not standard. Especially when doing an inside mount you’re technically supposed to measure the width at the bottom, middle and top because they often aren’t perfectly level and you run into problems like the blind not coming completely down because it gets jammed in the window frame. Just thought I’d add that unfortunately 200$ per cellular blind is about right if custom which I’m assuming these are. Some brands are cheaper than others and then the fabric choice and honeycomb thickness will play into it as well. Mechanism upgrades etc... Not that any of this is relevant. 1	Shopping for Dresses I’m 5’10 People don’t recognize me when I’m wearing pants because I’m always in a dress. My preferred length is the midi. It’s a length that flatters tall women best. I’m not huge on the maxi either. Midi can look a little more formal but the fabric and over all cut makes a big difference along with accessories. Belts, shoes and jewelry can dramatically change the overall vibe of a dress.
