It's gotta be both, I used to edge. Can't even remember when or why I stopped. But the involuntary kegels that make me cum quick as fuck are really the big problem. No problem pulling out and going down to buy some time , but pulling out and coming in the condom anyways is pretty lame for everyone. Hopefully the other suggestions on massage and mediation will deal with that though

At this point no broader physical issues, just can't last in bed. Also more sensitive than normal while just masturbating, so I don't think it's an over arousal issue.

One possibility from my research is that I have actually been doing too many kegels naturally in my workouts, and need to do something called reverse kegels to help relax those muscles. I have never heard of this before but it seems to make sense.

I have access to an RMT, anything to tell them specifically? Edit: also just breathing slowly and deeply did indeed work to last longer, but even that isn't doing much now. Can you point me to a couple breathing exercises that work for you?

Thanks man, Trp has done me a lot of good but I think I still have some issues with self esteem and validation. Your previous comment really stuck. This basically became a non issue after reading that. Was that purely just viewing the situation with more RP experience, or is there a way I can adjust my thought process to be clearer and more positive like yours? It would solve a lot of my problems if I could come to conclusions like that on my own.

Will she realize her true SMV? It seems more likely that she will just get alpha widowed by and old crush or something. I might be over thinking this. But even if she does plateau and realize her true SMV, has irreparable damage been done to my perceived SMV by being into her before she "got hot"?

To be fair I was increasing my SMV at the same time, but she definitely managed to close the gap quite a bit. The thing is my other plates are far more attractive, so the fact that this one is passing me up for better opportunities is really fucking with my ego and bringing up some anger phase feelings. Is this kind of unavoidable? Even if your SMV is still higher than hers she is gonna be getting attention from all kinds of new guys, and most likely guys she had chased in the past.
