6	Any tips for being dominant in a group conversation? I don't think that is the case. You can lead from a more quiet position. People don't want to follow people who talk to much. This is only my opinion. Being interesting (and by being quiet you can seem VERY interesting) leads to other people following you and to your own leadership.
