Consistency is key. There have been a lot of helpful replys in this thread. The one thing I will add is when you do make progres keep doing what you are doing. Avoid spending and entire weekend/72 hours in your home. If you do this when you come out Monday, socializing will feel difficult and the anxiety will return until you overcome it again. That being said still have a balance, you can't be "going" all of the time you will burn out.
