I think this is a core issue you don’t feel satisfied because you haven’t reached your peak to pull what you deem to be very attractive partners where you’re not settling on looks for access.

This is the most sensible take. Reframing what love actually means and bringing it closer to reality.

TL;DR: probably not worth it. The fantasy is always sweeter than reality in both sides fr. But I’ll tell you a story of my personal experience. I went on a date with this girl, set up by a mutual friend. It went great but afterwards we went some time without seeing each other. We reconnect and I set up a high effort date and….she flakes. Last minute too. I cut her off for wasting my time but we remain acquaintances. She later invites me to her party and it’s a good time we reconnect afterwards a…

How did it transform your perspective?
/r/seduction27/03/26 02:20 AM

Exactly. Because you could make a whole other post about how talking to people generally and talking to women you're intrested in is a whole diffrent skill-set.
/r/seduction22/03/26 09:04 PM

It really depends. I always felt like I had to maintain constant communication or they would lose interest but then I had a FWB who was the opposite. I found myself being the one expecting daily attention and they only wanted to text logistics. Made me realize a healthy space can exist with the right person. Our dynamic worked out but I had to unlearn those expectations lol.

It’s crazy how even the medical field acknowledges the gravity of the stigma.
/r/seduction23/12/25 08:10 PM
2

Sad to say but pass. I wish the world was more accommodating but being the person who does the accommodating can get you burnt. It will severely cripple your seduction ability if you’re honest about it. The real danger isn’t the virus, so much as the stigma that will stay with you beyond this person.

The real advice is always in the comments. Being the first to treat someone nice comes with its own…challenges. You can’t heal someone for themselves, that’s something they have to do. Also if someone is ALWAYS having bad experiences realize they’re the common denominator.

Is it porn or masturbating that’s bad? I feel like being pent up makes you super horny and thirsty. That can be off putting. Sometimes post nut clarity can help you stay grounded in your interactions.

Sad but true. Women crave emotional tension (which can easily come from unhealthy sources) so even if it’s negative emotions, the fact you give her feeling and something to experience is enticing in its own.

Sometimes the grass is greener! It’s usually not the sex part (although it can be) but more so exposure to the different type of treatment and dynamics you can have with other people.

You’re absolutely right but a sad reality is that cold approach is dying and people interact irl less overall. Online really is where most people meet and that skews towards looks heavily.

you get noob gains when you first start off and then plateau This is very true in most aspects of life. You grow the fasted when you have so much to grow towards. But when you’re more experienced it’s hard to grow without targeted practice. I’ve done the 100 interactions challenge before and it’s worked great but now I’m way past that. I love this list and especially the specific examples. I’ve taken psychedelics and they’ve helped me “clear the clutter in my mind” . I feel like disconnecting and being familiar with your own energy and emotions is important. After tripping I was less bothered by others anxieties because I realized they were not mine and that my emotional state can remain sturdy when I can see/feel the difference.

I understand that you see many traits of masculinity through different civilizations as proof of ubiquity. There are many trends which should be recognized as very human because they play to the strengths of being biologically male. However, u/kinetochore21 brought good evidence of the social construct side of gender. Yes, biology heavily influences us but throughout cultures what is defines as masculine has changed greatly. I don't think you're arguing in good faith, you dismiss evidence, facts…

Some men genuinely need a lot of improvement in their SMV but regardless of where you start to you need a growth mindset. Part of this will help you see rejection as failure and a tool to fine tune your social skills. Part of what is attractive in young men in Potential . As long as you’re on a positive trajectory you can have confidence in yourself and not deprive yourself of socializing in your youth.
/r/TheRedPill29/06/21 04:54 AM

The thing is this has always been an issue but only for a small group of men. Because finances are a huge part of what women value in men the growing wealth divide will only continue to exaggerate this problem.

Great post. People often get caught up in the idea of “being a good lover”. But this is a trash concept because good sex happens when both parties are grown and mature enough to be responsible for their own pleasure. By focusing on your own pleasure you will relieve them of the pressure to orgasm and yourself from the pressure to perform. Focusing on yourself helps you also receive pleasure instead of smothering them by trying to please. It’s a back and fourth as good sex is. It’s counter-intuit…

only to find those 5-star products are flawed in different ways. This is huge because people don’t realize there’s a discrepancy between their ideal partner and a partner which is most compatible.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/21 04:31 AM

I don’t like the ideas of having to have your shit 100% together before you date. As long as your trajectory is getting you to better places then it’s okay to date. Your “worthiness” should come from you being okay with yourself and your growth and the other person being able to accept that. You mention social skills but you don’t want to be the guy who’s never talked to a woman until he had a career. That’s how you end up with no socialization of the opposite gender, believing you need to meet …

the problem is we have become a reclusive individualistic society Most definitely. As technology moves us into the Information Age you notice things like social skills declining, more people are awkward and young people are having less sex. This is a really good take. But I will say that the same goes for women too. Women are probably less likely to leave for sexual reasons but more for emotional reasons. The same thing happens when they grow comfortable with their partner and the mysterious and interesting person they fell in love with isn’t giving them those feelings of butterflies as often. A new man who is more interesting/powerful and can spark those emotions of excitement and entice them to leave/cheat when they realize they …

I’d like to add to make sure you’re practicing active recall among other techniques to actually remembers what you read. A lot of times things are read but not actually stored in your memory. This extends to application and taking the initiative to test and use new knowledge. This applies to the TRP too. Don’t take what you read at face value. Verify it yourself, it’s not enough to read and learn you have to apply the material for better learning and understanding how it can serve you.

And women lose interest because of those changes :(
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/21 04:09 AM

Women don’t understand what it’s like to run the rat race and compete at that level Honestly it’s such a different experience as a man because it ties so much into your self-worth and there’s a lot less compassion for you along the way. Don’t get me wrong women compete too. But In the same way I can’t really relate to the pressure to look attractive that is often higher on women.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/21 03:18 AM
1

There also the idea that what you want changes as you get older, if it happens in men, women lose attraction but shouldn't the same thing be happening in women? Why doesn't settling down and relaxing manifest the same way?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/21 07:47 PM

Its also a power dynamic and women can't be attracted to someone they don't respect, ergo they only find superior men attractive.

This is so true. Women think of men as having all the privileges without realizing they’re thinking of elites. They don’t think about all the common men doing dangerous, dirty jobs and serving as cannon fodder for the military. These men are essentially invisible to them.

Thank you so much for posting this because this is something I think about a lot and I believe is part of the reason that many young men are suffering today. I whole heartedly agree that there is much less sympathy, trust, and acceptance of men. Men constantly have to prove to society that they’re not a monster, that they don’t rape, that they’re not psychopaths, that they have value to society and deserve to live. This is only compounded by capitalistic societies where your productivity and car…

Women also have access to more shelters and social programs. That doesn’t mean it isn’t an issue but just an observation of how we treat homelessness as a more serious problem for women. But this applies to a lot of factors of life. Women have privilege of being more important.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/21 07:39 AM
1

It bothers me when I see statistics about how 50% of homeless people are women. I feel like it makes no other point besides implying that I should care more because they’re women. What about the other half? It’s not a gendered issue, I want to care about everyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/21 06:40 AM

I think the issue is that through “educating” (you’re not actually learning anything) normal men who don’t rape can create extra sensitivities and make them hyper aware. That’s where you hear men complain that they feel they can’t stare/look/talk to women because they don’t wanna be creepy. I think what men need is better social skills to better understand boundaries in the context of each individual situation. Rapist will rape even if they’ve been taught it wrong.

What I mean to say is looks matter, of course. But how* those looks matter, also matters. Most men are not physically attractive to women and that what OP is trying to mean.

TL;DR Men want to be wanted lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/21 05:23 AM
4

It depends on the context. In Sheer physical looks women are more picky and harder to satisfy. Unattractive pairing happens in the real world because the men compensate in other ways. But if it’s just looks I think you can make the argument women are more shallow. Why take a bottom 2/5 when you can aim for top 2/5 and they’ll sleep with you the same?

woman move the goalpost to suit them. It’s not that their reasoning changes but their feelings do . They don’t have any worries being promiscuous with other men because of who they choose to have sex with. Its literally just attraction. They withdraw sex because they’re no longer attracted to their partner. Meanwhile being promiscuous is okay because in their eyes it’s HVM (in terms of their attraction to them).

You make me think about the stereotype of men who have to: -Sleep the couch even when they’re right in the argument. -Apologize for cheating in dreams. -Apologize for being right and making her cry Along with the myth that men cheat for lust but women cheat because they were neglected/ not receiving enough and therefore unhappy. Basically that it’s the mans job to keep his wife happy. “Happy wife, happy life”. Or that they have to apologize when they’re right

What if your purpose isn’t something grand or is it wrong for your purpose to be selfish? Caring for others can be selfish because it rewards you personally but I think there’s so much more than that and multiple purposes you could have. The tricky thing is that those are based on your values and growing as a person means changing your beliefs.

You've given me a new perspective about why I browse these subreddits. I would consider it part of cooley's Looking-glass self-theory. The looking-glass self comprises three main components that are unique to humans 1.) We imagine how we must appear to others in a social situation. 2.)We imagine and react to what we feel their judgment of that appearance must be. 3.)We develop our sense of self and respond through these perceived judgments of others.

I think you bring up a good point about attracting gold diggers. People often have biases because of problems with who they do attract. I don’t think anyone aspires to be a single parent so it’s not something that will really be abused. Because doing so puts you in a shitty situation. Having another parent and their income will almost always be favorable to raising them with government safety net as a substitute. But what do those kids who aren’t provided for grow up into? That’s why I’m interested in providing for them. Net gains to the society I live in.

I hold the same values for men. I think a lot of the young men who had their lives fucked by overzealous politicians pushing drugs laws. Those men need nuance and empathy too. Wouldn’t you agree?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/21 08:21 PM

Okay, I’m being edgy. However, that’s very much the way it comes off. Behave, or suffer. I just believe that making more draconian laws lacks the nuance of situations, and the empathy that is often required to help people (and society) grow. Harsher prison sentence and being “tough on crime” was supposed to be a deterrent. They didn’t accomplish mush besides more suffering. And many are okay with this.

My definitive theory will probably follow my journey about learning gender dynamics. Blue Pill: Blue pill tries to teach peace between the genders and is the most progressive view. Often feminist-leaning this view will often shame male sexuality and have a tendency to create nice-guys. The blue pill falls short because while it may be sound in its ideals, it comes with the prerequisite that both sexes are equal which is grossly untrue. The blue pill for this reason almost completely disregards t…

I think it's fascinating, that reproduction can drive and motivate so much behavior. Even in humans. Just looking at peacocks and nature. Birds going to the extreme, performing mating rituals, using energy and stamina in dances, and trying so hard to make themselves noticed. Humans are more complex than that though. You're correct for a different reason. Women tend to be more average and men tend to be more extreme. A genius is more likely to be a man, as is an extremely low IQ person. It has to do with chromosomes, men have more genetic variation

It’s difficult (though possible) because of gender norms. Women are hypergamous by nature they want the best man that can provide the most so they crave men who are their superior. You can be superior in a lot of ways but pointing to a salary is the most measurable and easy way of displaying high value. This is why dating is hard as a high earning woman because it becomes harder to find men who are above them. You can be better at other things in life but money being what it is and how it’s valu…

I disagree. While you're right that there is no definite "should" (it's all subjective) DNA is essentially biological programming and the same way we program computers to do things is how nature programs humans to do things. We are driven daily by our biology. You can see what happens when someone completely detaches from their biology, they grow depressed and lose a sense of meaning when the chemical imbalance that normally rewards them stops functioning. So like you said, nothing tells what to…

You could argue that for the reasons above, having kids lowers your SMV. That goes for both genders.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/20 06:59 PM

I don’t think I’m wrong, but most people see kids in their future and want to start it with someone who also doesn’t already have kids from another partner.

I think this means more for younger women. Because having a child young will stunt your growth in a lot of areas. There are some wonderful single mothers but that is not everyone. All single moms(and dads for that matter) will come with extra baggage and being a single parent often means they more likely to be poor and struggling.

Women often tune in to how men make them feel . A guy too out their league can make them insecure and feel ugly. They want to be the pretty one. That’s why dad bod is “attractive”.

It’s not about the competence of police, it’s about how those two can’t mutually exist. If there’s widespread rape culture then those men wouldn’t be in the position they are. Because it shows society’s attitude towards rape.

This is a really great post I think it really encompasses how women (and western society as a whole) view the role of men and desirable things vs areas of shortcoming. I think we are definitely in rough patch as traditional values still hold strong while moving towards a more egalitarian society. Because women are able to accomplish more, the gap between the gender closes and the pool of hypergamy-satisfying men shrinks. He can go back to the SMP and find someone else Exactly, if he’s still a charming man with money then he’s high value still. Your personal opinion of him doesn’t move that value.

I think the point is that a man will be dismissed as LVM because he doesn’t follow everything you specifically want. You’re confusing their value in the SMP with how much commitment you’re getting because that’s what you value. A high value male who doesn’t commit to you isn’t necessarily LVM because he still has high value in SMP. Basically if you call Tom cruise a LVM because he didn’t want to wait for sex, is he now LVM? No, he’s still Tom cruise.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/20 08:49 PM

One important idea is that they want all women to follow FDS, to limit the options of casual sex to HVM. This says more about women’s nature and how they’re willing to easily sleep with a HVM with no commitment. So they slut shame.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/20 08:35 PM

It is for low value men, yes. The point is to make yourself a more valuable mate which should be a great thing for both genders.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/20 06:02 PM

I think it realllly depends on the girl and the type of people she’s used to dealing with, as well as personal values. I think women tend to be attracted to men who wield power which ties into dark triad traits. So some women find excitement in drug dealers or felons.

It is a luxury but it’s insulting for a women to think that she might have to settle or that she isn’t beautiful enough to attract someone in the top 5%. Even if they do that doesn’t even mean they’re a good match so those same women will end up dealing with abuse, cheating, etc so they can hold onto that HVM.

Exactly, a woman will be a CEO but still expect her husband to make more money. They don’t want to date “down” and they believe that being successful in business makes them a high value partner. It doesn’t translate to better relationships and they often end up disappointed with the feeling of “settling”.

I don’t think that’s true, feminism is centered around women they don’t advocate for men because that goes against feminist theory and the idea of patriarchy. Men treat other men badly because they hold themselves to higher expectations of responsibility. Otherwise, they’re worthless.

Yeah but a a society can reproduce fine with more women then men. That’s why they look after children because they will grow up to be the next generation and women needed to care for them. They are more valuable in that way then a man is. You can choose not to fight in wars for your society but that’s usually taboo. You’re seen as a coward, useless, and it’s even illegal to dodge the draft. If you don’t serve your society they won’t serve you.

I mean in terms of what society values. Women and children first. Women are more cared for and looked after through social networks. They’re valuable to society biologically and socially, even if they’re mediocre. A mediocre man is cannon fodder.

My point is the man can dispute it, but effectively that puts the burden of proof on them. You could easily lie and say they’re the only person you’ve had sex with and some men won’t (but should) question it. Sometimes women enter new relationships pregnant (knowingly or unknowingly) and the situation just unfolds like that.

Paternity test are safe and possible around 7 weeks of pregnancy. if a woman had a lot of hookups I’d be hard for her to get the father on the hook for child support. This isn’t necessarily true. She doesn’t have to disclose who she has been with. All that has to happen is she has sex with someone and becomes pregnant around the same time to claim it’s his. If he doesn’t dispute then he is the father. Also yes, I understand that abortion is a very difficult thing to have to go through and that t…

The dynamics of AFBB is about looking at why a girl is with a particular guy. Is it because the male is desired? or because he is willing to give her all his time, attention, and money? Its not about who their previous partners were, its about the relationship dynamic. Sure she may have banged a hot guy and then gotten with a less attractive guy. Fine. Validation from others can sometimes be used to substitute when our own is deficient. I think validation can come in many form, but validation from others serves a different purpose. I think that just like men, health can fitness can definitely improve your status. I actually wish it was more common advice, but I feel like women don’t like being told they need to workout because it makes them feel like they’re ugly. Unless you’re very out of shape, most women still get a lot of attention, so it seems like it’s just optional to them. Whereas it’s almost mandatory for men. Competing against other men you can’t afford to lose points on something simple to improve.

A pickmesha is a girl without self-worth who gets treated as a doormat. If a girl ends up getting sexual with a HVM fine right? But if he’s TRP and HVM then she’s a pickmesha? That doesn’t seem right, but as much as the FDS is pressed to find HVM you think they’d endorse TRP to help create more HVM.

They are very cult-like and have a tendency to gate-keep. They’ll also put other women down who stray from their conservative bias which is ironically anti-feminists. You see some of the same in TRP.
