I had an employee some years ago that was arrested for sexual assault of a minor, his ~12 year old step-daughter. In Oklahoma. I can't know the details because the record is sealed, but he got 97 years. Five is low.

I live in Tulsa and drive through this intersection often. Another reason the cop's actions were justified is that's a big school you see in the background. If they had allowed her to flee it was possible she would have headed into the school. Fuck that. Crazy bitch got what she deserved.
