3	I just bitched out I'm working on this as well and created a rule for myself to follow: The 3 Second Rule. The minute you see a girl that you find attractive, count to 3 and just walk up to her. This gives your brain no time at all to have second thoughts/ bitch out and you're already there saying hello, so might as well talk to her.
