2	When does life get better? For sure. I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone and recently took up a coworkers offer to go workout with them. It's a lot more exhausting than my normal workouts, but I know it's something I need to do if I want to get healthy. It's better than dwelling at home(I end up having the same issue as you and dwelling on the past). Also just trying to rebuild my social network and I go out with my friends once or twice on the weekends. 2	When does life get better? Thank you, I tried to journal at first and ended up falling off of it. I'll definitely give it a try again. I also have an issue with overeating or eating junk food, so I'm trying to go cold turkey and just stick to healthy foods while working out in the gym. It's definitely kicking my ass. The best thing I can do for myself is make myself healthy, rather than just sit at home and dwell on my situation. 3	When does life get better? Thank you, that's reassuring. I filed the divorce yesterday, which was tough but necessary. Just gotta get my life turned around (get in shape and find a better job), but I know it won't be a fast process. Just gotta grind it out like you said, I'm glad I'm still relatively young compared to other divorcees in this sub and don't have any kids. 1	When does life get better? Thank you, you're completely right, I need to stop caring about her issues and let her fend for herself. She doesn't need me, clearly. I'm definitely going yo pursue a different job and field since I can't afford a place of my own currently with the income I make. 3	When does life get better? Thank you for your response. I tried doing that "pick me" dance to try to earn her back, but fell flat on my face. She is completely done and didn't want to work on it. I feel like just hitting the gym constantly will finally improve my self esteem. I need to learn to like myself and be happy alone for a bit.
