Just because someone is 17 does not mean you cannot legally possess a weapon. The ATF limits the age to purchase a firearm at 18 for long guns and 21 for handguns. HOWEVER, one could still receive a long gun under that age if the firearm was gifted, or granted under a trust. If I’m 17 and I’m shooting guns on a property by myself, I will not be arrested for “underage use of a weapon”

I used to be a door guy downtown Houston, this one girl at the door didn’t like how the cop didn’t want her in (she was trashed) so she spit in the cops face and punched him, literally 5 seconds later she was pinned on the ground. Lost her license to be a nurse. It made me upset because the SAME officer didn’t arrest someone who spit in my door guys face. He just laughed

Don’t defend him, he was clearly being a dick for no reason. When she said “can I pet your dog” he didn’t have to respond the way he did, and when she said “I don’t like your attitude” he says that? Out of line. This wasn’t pussypassdenied that was just being an asshole for no reason.
