The only reason most women didn't play videogames until recently was the same reason most anyone didn't - it was a relatively niche hobby and you were labeled a nerd. If what you say were true then we would see an equal number of men and women in gaming.

I didn't say that they don't exist I said they are rare; if you compare them to games with male leads they are in the extreme minority. How many of these female leads are overtly sexualized?
