I mainly see people taking prison sexual violence lightly and joking that they'd love to be in the shoes of a minor who was preyed on by a female adult authority figure. Plenty of crimes of all stripes go unreported, and this is a particularly humiliating and traumatizing one. In the absence of physical trauma or ongoing DNA evidence (which unfortunately disappears almost immediately unlike that found at a crime scene), it's very hard to prove assault. But this idea that most rape claims are false is no different from automatically assuming guilt on the part of a potential predator. I think it's hilarious that people are mad about some supposed "stigmatization" of spreading herpes, like that's their pet issue and they think everybody else has succumbed to propaganda.
