1	Did I blow it? Not necessarily. the true sign of her interest would be to ask if you can take her for a coffee or a meal after work. If she says she is busy you are probably wasting your time . If she is down, well go from there. Besides that the question that came up first when i read your post was: why is he obsessed with a waitress in the first place? Usually a sign of a lack of options. An attractive dominant male is almost "too busy" for women. But in practicality, as a beginner you need to go out there and take action and actually meet women. Problem is most of the strategies promoted these days to do that are not efficient, so guys crack un der the pressure of massive rejection, and tend to shut down like a turtle, producing posts like this.
