Like others have said, clingy. Just chill out and slow down. If she doesn't text you back, maybe invite her to hang out a week later. Otherwise just consider yourself lucky and move on to the next.

Maybe I'm just petty, but if a girl takes days to respond, I cut my losses. This happened once, where a week went by before she responded, saying she was super busy and apologized (it was around the week of xmas, so I let it slide). Otherwise like others have said, if they want to talk to you or see you, they will make time.

You're just looking for validation on doing what you think is the right move, to which I agree. Call it a loss and move on. She may try you some more and you can enjoy yourself, but I wouldn't expect anything serious from her ever, so don't get any more attached. Good luck!

I thought the same thing too, but I made an effort to touch someone when it felt right. Like they made a funny joke, slap them on the shoulder or back. Get used to doing it and work your way up from there. Now I do it without thinking.

I don't think what you say matters, or even what it's about. The point I think he's trying to make is to get them to break from their "autopilot" and rejoin "reality" with you. I've tried something like this with friends when they're busy working on something. I'd say something buttfucking stupid just so they went "wait, what?" and broke from their concentration. It might not be the same, but I think it's in the same vein.

Simply? Become a better/stronger person (mentally, emotionally, and physically) whenever possible. You don't have to work on it every day, but make it a goal to improve yourself at every possibility. You're right, not everyone can be an "alpha male", but everyone has the capacity to become better. Someday, I'm sure, you'll reach a point in development where you'll be happy with yourself and where you're at and you'll attract women no problem.

While I completely agree with you, there's nothing wrong with positive affirmations. Having done both, they don't cancel each other out. Meditations often utilize mantras, which is simply reciting a word or phrase repeatedly to keep your attention in focus. Why not use a positive affirmation as a mantra? Worked for me in the past and helped me out, at least.

I agree with you, but correlation does not mean causation. I don't think it's specifically the clothes that are giving you results, they may be an aspect of it, but there may be something else that you may or may not be aware of (as someone else mentioned, confidence). When I worked the cash register at a fast food place, once in a while people would say, "Thanks Cobalt!" Personally, it either creeped me out, or I just didn't care. Almost like they were trying hard to be nice, but meh.
