I would not underestimate the value of either format as it would undoubtedly reach a wider demographic if the disbursement was not limited to group sessions of 10-15 individuals.

As others have said, indifference is a more powerful position to be in than hate. If you hate her then she is still controling your emotion. She feeds off this and will continue to use it to her advantage until you no longer allow her to. You will get there with time. Stay strong and best of luck.
