Breathe! Know that others have been through similar situations and have moved on. The anger and grief is normal but keep your head up. Don’t act out and give the courts any reason to award her full custody of your kids. Do your best to stay calm and get yourself an attorney and let them do their work. Hey! If you need to talk to someone, DM me! I’ve been pretty low and it helps to talk to someone. But as most are saying here, don’t do it. Breathe. As hard as it is to just hear people say that, know that they are lots of people who have or are going through the same thing!

Sorry to hear this. IMO, I would move on. You tried your best and she has different plans. My STBX had a separate agenda even though she “played along” with my efforts to reconcile. I have to ask because my STBX had made arrangements for her ex (father of her kid) to live in the same home she where she rents. She wrote the mediation attorney to say there is no domestic agreement or sexual/romantic relationship. But I’m not sure this is worth bringing up to my attorney.
