I'm 20 years older than you, but went through exactly the same shit as you're going through now. I managed to get out on the other side, somewhat wiser and without too many scars, but if I just had the same knowledge about redpill stuff and women as today, my life would definitely have been easier and less daunting. My advice to you is to focus on yourself....lift, exercise, read, find hobbies (guitar, bikes, drawing, running ect.) . For reading, I'd recommend "Subtle art of not giving af Fuck" …

You'll never regret picking up the guitar! I'd pick up a used western guitar - you can def a decent one for around 200$. I wouldn't go too much below this. If you need need teaching and tutorials - go to justinguitar.com and follow his beginners course. That's whereI started my guitar journey :)

Maybe there are even cooking classes/food clubs on campus you could join? Different foods work for different people. Learning what works for you and your mood, sleep and training is invaluable! I even got a closer relationship with some of my dorm mates after they got interested in food and cooki…

I tried to quit alcohol for a month (this january) and wow! Sharper mind, easier to eat and cook healthy food, more motivation for working out, better sleep, reading more books.....but in social settings and parties, I felt horrible! The noise, smells and people just went into my brain unfiltered (by the alcohol). I wasn't talkative, didn't care who was there and what they were talking about. I even left a party after 2 hours and went home to rest! My strategy at parties and social settings is t…
