I’m saying that there isn’t a problem with the way it’s portrayed by social media because it’s such an important prerequisite for being successful. “How you do one thing is how you do everything” most people who are disciplined enough to be fit, are usually disciplined enough to find success in other areas of their life. The science backs up that idea that fitness is attributed to higher success. At the most basic level, being fit helps with releasing dopamine and having more available dopamine receptors. That means a fit person is more likely to succeed because they are just a happier person in general. I would even argue that it makes doing other hard stuff easier because you’re just generally happier.
