Well the officer may not have been able to make an arrest for a misdemeanor not committed in his presence, but they certainly should have taken a report if you requested it. Go to the department's public desk and ask to have a report filed. Hopefully you got the officers names. If not call the department and ask for the dispatch supervisor and ask them who responded. Every court order for divorce that involves kids, should automatically be 50/50 custody/care...Both parents have a duty to take care of the kids needs, and if a situation arises where there is a dispute over money, an expedited family court for these cases would work. I am going through the exact same thing man. I have fought and fought and fought. My kids are being systematically alienated from me and the ex is being aided by the state. I cannot get the court to rule her in contempt, and I cannot get out from underneath the fucked up California child support system. I can't afford an attorney, and am slowly running out of options. 1	Need your help Mens Rights! Go in. Do not answer any questions. Ask for a lawyer. All questioning will stop. If they have enough probable cause to arrest you, then they will take you into custody and you will then be eligible for a public defender. 1	Men's Rights... I need your advice and moral support. It always starts with the good intentions, and then they learn just how much money they can get out of you, or the system will not extend a helping hand unless you are stuck for support in court. Protect yourself, and get an attorney, or if you cannot affors one, many have advocates that can assist you.
