Yeah, I feel bad for people who get falsely accused. I know there are statistically some people I deal with who say they were set up and it's true. I also personally feel bad for the cops, because their hands are tied. If a woman merely says that her boyfriend hit her, they take him away. I 1,000,000% agree with you. We told him for a long time that it was problematic, but he always seemed to feel bad for her. For real, she has NO ONE else. Her family wants nothing to do with her. No friends. Just him... and this is how she treats him. I agree he should've been a lot more "proactive," but it doesn't take away from the fact that it's fucked up that they dissolved his order of protection against her because of his physical stature and gender.

Definitely a good idea. I'm not sure if he's thought of that yet. He did say he was going to talk to his HOA since he believes in the by laws it states that the condo has to be "owner occupied," and she technically isn't an owner in any capacity. Yup. Ive been to family court many, many times (I have sole custody of my 12 year old daughter) and they are insanely incompetent. Lawyers, too. I personally believe the judges/referees are biased and they all love to drag it out. Literally went to court once a month and barely anything would change, if anything. Between alcohol and cannabis, I would rather be able to smoke every once in awhile rather than drink. I've seen too many overdoses, DWI accidents, assaults, etc while volunteering in the fire department. Not one similar incident, or any incident at all, was due to cannabis. To be fair, train both until and into old age. Sarcopenia, or age related muscle loss, diminishes our muscle mass by 3% to 5% per decade as we age, starting at the mere age of 30 years old. Strength training inhibits this. TRT helps mitigate or even reverse it.

Whenever I see an article on Facebook about female teachers and male students, I point out to others that if the genders were reversed they'd be singing a different tune. I always suggest split body routines to clients for muscle hypertrophy, this way they can hit the major muscle groups at least twice per week. For example, I do chest and back in one day, around 15 sets each (30 sets in total). If you want to keep your routine, I would suggest adding some bicep work to your pull day, as the biceps work as pulling muscles (triceps are used in pushing). You can cap off your workout with three sets of ten reps of dumbbell bicep curls and concentration curls.

Well, you need a caloric deficit to lose weight, whether or not it's generated via solely dieting or in conjunction with physical activity. Macros do matter as well; low carb diets are beneficial for shedding water weight and lowering blood levels or insulin, which promotes lypogensis and inhibits lypolysis, respectively the creation and burning of fats. Exercise in itself has myriads of benefits as well, so it is best to both exercise and diet.
