-2	Conclusion: Banout 2018 has been shutdown after they were told to wind their fucking necks in by the Admins Mods have some really nice API extension tools that can check up on user activity, and also tag offenses. I can't speak for this place, but when I modded for a older political subreddit, I know I preferred users to overly report items, rather than push them aside, because then at least we knee about it, and touch could easily keep track of people who are reported often.
