First of all, I'd rather not call them "fucked up guys". It doesn't help their confidence. Second of all, that is all solid advice and a must for people with anxiety. One thing I would like to add that helped me A LOT is meditation. Clearing your mind helps out a lot.

Really? You listen to an audio clip about picking up girls and your only criticism is about the beep being too loud? Edit: Feel like I need to explain myself. When I'm dancing with a girl at a club, I always put my head over her shoulder and tilt it so that she can see my face if she turns my way. I usually do it about after a minute of grinding. Different things do different things to different people. For me, it un motivated me and put me in a crappy attitude. If he watches porn and still can be a great guy then that's awesome. It's totally worth a try tough.

Watching porn is likely to higher your standards to unreasonable amounts. Masturbation is somewhat healthy, but only in moderation. I don't know about you, but I become seriously un-motivated when I masturbate. I guess it is different for everyone, but visit /r nofap and hopefully it will put things into context.
