Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton OK was still doing them when I called on 3/25. Norman Regional Hospital in Norman OK was still doing them when I called on 3/25. Duncan OK OBGYN Clinic said they are not doing them because they are not doing elective surgeries. The reason why I say circumcision is the most important is because it is the one issue that is so blatantly a crime. If we can just get all MRAs to attack this issue and form some cohesive social disorder we may have a chance to change the paradigm.
