My brother in christ. If you keep down this road you will lose your mobility very fast in old age, and you will die younger than you should. There was a study where the strongest 1/3 of the population have significantly less all-cause mortality. The weaker you are the more likely you are to die for *any* reason.

I think so. Further, people will respond to you in specific ways based on how you look, obviously. Most people do form an opinion about what someone is like based on their features and their presentation. That's going to further cement any of those personality traits. If people think you look friendly, they'll be friendly to you, and you'll live in a world where friendliness is normal and expected, so you'll be more friendly. A homeless woman wandered into where I worked recently and before she left announced that I was god. A few days ago a homeless woman asked me for a cigarette and then preceded to address me as Messiah. I think about this sometimes.
