The way you feel right now, thats the reason she left you in the first place. I've been through a breakup too several months ago and had a lot of lessons to learn. Women can sense neediness and weakness. So just work on you dude, do what you want as others have said, meet new women if you want. Also, if you reach out she will sense it's really just you trying to get back with her, like I said women can sense the feels.

You're too easy to back out on. If they back out, they must know they can easily re-arrange, and that you will agree and be there. Personally, I would ghost them if they backed out. Calling them out achieves nothing dude. Absolutely nothing, girls never take responsibility for their actions. You will learn!

David Deida says exactly this in his book "The Way Of The Superior Man". A woman's thoughts are like passing clouds, each one perfectly formed in the moment, and changing all the time. They live in the moment (now), it doesn't matter that she said X two weeks ago or whatever. That was then. I've seen women contradict themselves time and time again. It doesn't even matter, don't analyse it, don't call her out, just go with it. Understand that she's basing her opinion on her emotions in that momen…
