Yes absolutely. I started exactly the same way and was like that on and off for at least a year or so (casually smoke, while out/with friends, never smoke alone. Actually disliked cigarettes and they'd make me feel shit). But eventually i got used to it, got addicted and the head rush/sickness went away, i thought it helped me focus for a while but in retrospect it probably makes you less focused, especially when you're fangin for another smoke.

However, she has no responsibility because the decision to end his life ultimately landed entirely on his shoulders. She doesnt have mind control. I found that high levels of protein are extremely key here. Your recovery will be halved if you are having the appropriate amount. I remember being literally out of action for almost a week when I first started (where I could barely squat 10x20kgs), and it was a vast difference when I started having protein.

Start your workout with squats, its the most surefire way to get the testosterone pumping, which in turn increases your gains and gets you pumped for the rest of your workout.
