I met my current girl when I was 34 and she was 26. She's attractive, Slavic and cooks like a master chef. But I also run a tech business and have high disposable income. That falls under the 'outlier' category you mentioned. We travel the world together and fuck like animals. One my of my friends is a lead developer for a large company. He is 38, his girl is 28 so it can be done but you need to bring massive value to the table. The dating market for girls in their mid to late 20s is filled with…

I agree with you. The typical man has very little awareness, no self discipline and is a coward. The reason being able to remain calm in high pressure situations is attractive to them is because they don't have it themselves. It's important for their survival. I was driving in the fast lane with my girl next to me. A car from the slow lane pulled into my lane too slow and too close. I immediately hit the brakes and then the horn. My girl's reaction was to close her eyes and turn her head away. I…

You could look like that and still pull. If you have a yacht.

The smart ones actually do that. Early twenties they ditch their first long term boyfriend, fully live out their hoe phase for a couple years and by the mid twenties become very feminine and pleasant, add a lot of value to a man's life when trying to lock down a mate for life. It's a minority but they're out there.

It's sad to have no remaining value to quality men except as a pump and dump at such a young age. RIP

I won't comment on your handling of the situation but I don't think you should be in that situation in the first place in a marriage. Her respect for you should be implicit. Something went wrong somewhere either she has red flags you ignored while vetting or she lost respect for you at some point. Either way I hope you'll manage to correct the course.

It takes multiple applications for the treatment to work. When I first took the pill I applied it well. Built frame, lifted, read, improved. My frame become ironclad because I literally had no fucks to give about some woman's opinion. ``I withstood extreme emotional manipulation from a bpd without any problem. And then I entered a relationship, caught feels, started believing we had a special emotional connection, stopped lifting and everything went to hell within a few years. I became a little …

This is very good basic advice. If you want something more in depth on the topic of I highly recommend reading "The forward male" by Mike Mehlman. He explains what your expectations should be in terms of positive responses, how to manage anxiety and a number of interesting stories. It's an easy read.

It's a hard road, and no one can walk it for you.

Remaining calm under intense emotional pressure is a cornerstone of being an adult for a male. It's also extremely attractive to women.

How desperate do you have to be to match with this creature in the first place

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
