I look back at when I first started and could barely speak loud enough for people to hear and it’s incredible to see how far I’ve come, there’s a real sense of accomplishment. 1	I’m dying alone Practice and constant exposure to social situations is the only solution. It’s the only thing that worked for me. You can read all the books and theories and tricks, but actually learning how to talk with people by being around them and trying day after day only comes with effort.
