Using this word system, rather than concrete goals, actually lends itself to being a motivational or behaviourally beneficial factor rather than an endpoint. It basically helps me get off the couch if I'm feeling lazy or calm my head if I'm in an argument. Although, all things considered, I should probably use this in conjunction with explicit goals.

I've been genuinely working on my mindfulness and so far its been incredibly helpful. I mean if you put things in the public domain you can expect pushback. They are merely retweeting what other people have already said with a unifying hashtag. Everyone needs to be aware that things like this exist and everything that is posted online might as well be sent directly to their boss, mother, and girlfriend.

Google blonde girl or brunette girl. Both are completely "overly sexualized". You can pick almost any other race/hair color/country and you will find pictures of attractive woman. It fit their broken hamster argument so they used it.
