I started having this problem last year. I'm 35 and never had issues in the past. I fixed this with cialis (tadalafil) 5 mg per day. You can take 2-3 as needed 1 hour before. You'll be rock hard trust me. On a second note I had bloodworks done and I found low testosterone levels so I hoped on TRT. Do a finger prick test at home it's worth investigating the medical reason for your ED

Just my 2 cents. Check your testosterone levels and if they are low jump on TRT. Lack of motivation/ drive/ depression could have hormonal causes. This is common in men but society doesn't give a shit about us so it goes under-reported.

I haven't had a cigarette in 2 years. Champix for me made quitting a lot easier than other attempts in the past. If you combine Champix use with the book 'the easy way to stop smoking' by Allan Carr I'm sure it would make quitting a lot easier for anyone. A bonus is that you can still smoke while using Champix. So there is no cold turkey panic happening. One side effect of champix for me was vivid dreams. Which I quite enjoyed. I only took champix for 2 months
