Me personally, I couldn't pump iron, it was too boring. Started doing kickbox about 2 years ago and I'm loving it. If you don't mind the bruises and muscle aches then I couldn't recommend it enough. Just don't let it go to your head.

If you have a lot of muscle mass then it's quite possible you'll find kickboxing and martial arts in general to be more difficult than it actually is on account of the flexibility and body coordination required to pull of a correct kick/hit. All that pivoting and weight shifting is gonna take a toll on joints if not pulled off correctly.

I've had multiple relationships so far and neither of them worked for one reason or another. I always thought that it's better to be with someone than to be alone, at least until I realised I've been alone for longer than I was with someone. Being alone is far better for me than being in a dysfunctional relationship of any kind. I don't pretend to know what's best for society but I know this is the best thing for me. More money, more time, more freedom to do whatever I want.
