To make matters worse, she had previously asked the court to terminate Blackstock's ability to seek spousal support, and for the couple's prenuptial agreement to be 'enforced' which could outline a custody arrangement. Does this mean the Court disregarded/overrode the prenup? Not that I expect much in the way of coherence from the Daily Fail, but I do wish they'd spell something like that out.

If your goal is to get this subreddit banned or quarantined, good job, this is how you do it. Keep up the good work. 🙄 This thread should be pulled down, given the current state of Reddit. It also adds nothing to anything.

Why not simply skip over such threads? You don't like content like this, don't read content like this. Simple. I honestly don't get what the big deal is. The funny part is that on a theoretical level I probably agree with you, since I'm not on board with ideas like "red pill rage" or "AWALT," at least not fully. But I'd rather read a diversity of opinions than be subjected to some sort of arbitrary set of rules and be forced to constantly look over my shoulder wondering whether this or that opin…

Ah, yes, /femaledatingstrategy. One thread will be about how they're all proud, powerful Queens and the next will be something like this. And somehow all of this will make Chad give up his "PickMe" (their term for women who tolerate male foibles) and emasculate himself to go with a shrill harpy, excuse me, "Queen" (a follower of the Female Dating Strategy philosophy). Sure, hon. Better stock up on cat litter and a cheap white wine. Its gonna be a bit of a wait. I think my favorite threads are th…

You could be right, but the problem is we're only getting her side of the story in that article. As best I can tell they didn't even try to get his side. Also note that there's three kids but only two of them live with the female. I wonder why? 🤔 The move meant the Child Maintenance Service (CMS) required him to pay just £44 a week towards the two children who live with Miss Broom - a cut of more than 80 per cent to the amount he was originally required to pay. Makes me wonder what else has been…

I think quarantined subreddits are invisible on the "official" Reddit mobile app, at least until you subscribe via another method. (Desktop, etc.) I remember seeing something about that a while ago, so things might have changed. If you don't have access to a computer, try Reddit Is Fun, they're visible on that, though you get a message about having to "opt in" first time you try to view it.

So the "strategy" (whatever said strategy might be; I still honestly have no idea) is probably a failure at least in terms of ultimate goals, seems to be making women who follow it miserable as they're doing it, but yet they cling to it. Perhaps the porn fixation is some sort of cope to blame this failure on external forces? Dunno. And I guess I ultimately don't care, but it makes for kind of an interesting intellectual exercise and commentary on life in 2021.

I'd never visited that subreddit before. Bizarre how much they both hate porn and are, at least at first glance, obsessed with it. Seems to be half the front page. The hatred seems to reach levels I've not seen outside of certain fundamentalist Christian sects. Puts FDSers (if that is the correct term?) out of step with current year "call them 'sex workers' not 'prostitutes'" feminism, if nothing else. I can sort of see this. Makework government jobs pay extremely well in my state. With benefits no private employer comes close to matching, especially related to retirement. How many times do we have to say equality for women doesn't take anything away from men? Except [the collective] you [doesn't] don't want equality. Certainly not when it comes to things like equal custody arrangements, divorce law, Title IX "Star Chambers" and so on. Most transwomen I've seen who publicly express a preference consider themselves lesbians. I think about it how puberty is necessary for men and women to form relations otherwise both sexes would probably stay apart from each other. Reminds me of an extremely bizarre science fiction novel I read years ago that had this as an important subplot. The ultimate implication of this is that women are incapable of being treated as adults. And should therefore never be. Minors are incapable of entering into certain contracts due to not just their age but their perceived immaturity at that age. Their power to contract is therefore revocable, just like what American University is saying here. Who exactly is being the misogynist here? 🤔

I get (and approve) the punchline of the comic, but I'm pretty sure Paris was a cuck who would have chosen Aphrodite's offer anyway. Athena offered him both wisdom and skill in war. I think some countries have a rule that you keep everything you brought into the marriage upon divorce, which might obviate some of the need for a prenuptial. This is definitely not the case in "community property" jurisdictions in the USA, and is effectively not the case in every "common law" jurisdiction I've ever heard of where the marriage lasts more than a year or two. IANAL, etc., but I do try to get an understanding of this stuff.

Most people who have the condition are female, so most doctors don't even think to look for it in men. But around 25% of all diagnosed cases are in men, and who knows how many men are walking around undiagnosed. I'm afraid that lately I find TradCucks/ConservaCucks far more irritating than these creatures. TradCucks/ConservaCucks acknowledge how fucked up the West is, how vicious TPTB treat men in any situation related to marriage, divorce, child custody and so on, yet STILL try to shame men into marriage. Umm, okay. Yes, feminists, their male allies, white knights and so on, hate us, but it is at least an honest hate. Nobody has any illusion as to where these people are coming from, or what they want.

I dunno. I think -r-feminism isn't growing because they already own pretty much all the default boards on Reddit. And that's without even getting into the estrogen infused boards like -r-TwoXChromosomes. Plus, if this board ever really takes off I imagine they'll first lie about subscription numbers and then quarantine the place. IIRC -r-The_Donald experienced the former before getting hit with the latter.

I used to love it as well, until I found out historians of the period dismiss it. That Terrible Tuchman Woman The Guns of August was a huge best-seller, winning the Pulitzer Prize in 1963, and still retains the capability to make journalists go weepy, but as a work of history it’s complete crap. And it is all downhill from there. Of course, the author of the critique might be the one in error, but I've read similar criticism elsewhere.

There are zero states in the US that still have Common Law Marriage What are you basing this claim on? My understanding is that it exists by statute in several states and by court ruling in a few others. Granted it has been "sunsetted" in a few states as well (where common law arrangements get treated as marriage if entered into before such and such a date but not after that date) but it is still out there in more than a few jurisdictions.

I wonder how much longer the EU Brusselscrats will allow Mount Athos to function? Will the ban on women make it to one thousand years? There is a prohibition on entry for women, called avaton (Άβατον) in Greek, to make living in celibacy easier for men who have chosen to do so.[43] Monks feel that the presence of women alters the social dynamics of the community and therefore slows their path towards spiritual enlightenment.
