Cut off all ties except what you need ro keep. Make sure your friends and family do not feed anything back. 1	What is a fair way to split? You get 900K. Your cost was 780K. Profit was 120K or 60K each. Give her 410K and you get 490K. From your share, you have to pay the bank 300K leaving you with 190K. She put in 350k and gets 410k with profit of 60K. You put in 130K (besides mortgage) and get 190K with profit of 60K. Adjust if the house sells for more or less than 900K.
