I don’t really listen to “experts”, it doesn’t really mean anything anymore, especially considering how often they collectively get things wrong i.e. pandemic, cigarettes, oxycontin, science is a growing cesspool and social science always has been - i prefer idea + observation + personal experience. Everyone before you has experience and some truth in their knowledge, my philosophy has always been to learn and engage, and to discard what does not serve me and those around me.
