Yeah can’t really get over it. It comes and goes. I know it’s in my head it’s a mental disorder. Exercising when I’m having an attack doesn’t help me it just makes me more anxious because I have heart problems in the family and I constantly think about it. I get plenty of exercise lifting and moving at my job also an avid walker and riding my bicycle it fun. Thanks for the concern though. It’s gotten better over the years. Yup. In high school never dated and saw all my friends bite the pillow and spread cheeks for their girls and realized the manipulation that was going on. Tried to get with a girl from art class and just felt like it was too much effort to put in. Same. Always enjoy walks and music. Being alone is being able to relax and think to yourself. You come up with the best ways to improve your life by putting distractions away and just listening to your inner voice. I guess it’s the “you only know what’s best for you.” As cheesy as it is.
