TRP is a tool box. Maybe someday one of these articles will phrase something in a way that you never thought about before.

This needs more attention. You may be onto something. I believe the trend is that we are and fear in the world what we dislike of ourselves, and this would seem to fit.

There was a post recently about how shit tests are just women's way of assessing if you are worth the investment. Great perspective, that if you are not being shit tested, you aren't a viable player at the moment.

I understand being penetrated as being acted upon, in the submissive sense.

That is a brilliantly succinct way of putting it.

How can I start up a casual conversion with a girl at the gym, without making it obvious that I fancy her? You don't. Because you do fancy her, so let's look at the options. You don't talk to her Maybe she talks to you or she doesn't. Either way you end up not shitting where you eat. Personally I say this because my gym is my Mecca. You do talk to her, and you don't make it clear that you are interested. Nothing really develops because you are not invested. She will undoubtably know you do like …

Sure, it is both grand strategy and tactics, it one of the reasons I love it. It's encompassing in the scope. I'm still failing to see how TRP is not universal though...

But the "claw until you are top 10%" IS universally applicable. Anyone can adopt it as a stance to improve their life. Plus, if everyone but you adopted that stance, you would quickly become the bottom .0001%. When you say 'personal philosophy' are you speaking more of the general tenets (as TRP is IMO) or on how one goes about accomplishing that? The latter I agree with you cannot be duplicated across a single individual.

This. I agree 100% and this 'viper' strategy can stay in line with law 38 as well. Just feign ignorance, and bluntly point out that the Emperor has no clothes Fait Accompli can and will destroy the lumbering elephant. What's the saying? "How do you devour a whale? One bite at a time"

Genuine slow clap, that was a beautiful breakdown. I've always felt if you want to understand why people do what they do, you need to understand the language they operate in. Much love for that seed project, keep me informed.

Yes please, I've lost count of the times someone told me to do this, and would love to give back to this community. PM preferred.

Eh, but it's better to not set the precedent that she gets what she wants without you getting yours. Quid pro quo. I'll agree with you though, in the sense that, there is 'spending money on her' and 'paying the cost of doing business'.

IMO, loving myself means constantly challenging myself to do and be better. I believe in the axiom 'if you are not growing, you are dying'. And by nature, wanting to grow means I am not satisfied (yet) with what I am.

By all means brother. It's all actually lifted from somewhere else already. 48 laws of power, MBTI profiles, House of Cards, Marcus Aurelius. I've been collecting for some time the things I hear that ring true to me. Then it's simply changing the syntax.

"Rule #1: What IS, is non-negotiable. I am not a god, I am not a king. I am a man and I will die. Rule #2: Everything else is fair in this game called life. It's not about what I hope for or deserve, it's what I take. I am free of my anxiety to be who I am and go after what I want. Success is my primary obligation. I will have no more days spent unalert. With deception and masquerade as my weapons, and patience in all things my shield, my desires are already mine, in time. I will not be a produc…

That I do know. He means turn up the audacity to 11. Say shit just for shock value, to elicit ANY reaction. The idea is she had incorrectly categorized you as non interesting, and you are throwing a Hail Mary to show that she was actually misguided.

Fellow Intp here. I've been reading and studying typology for about a year and a half now. The journey of which coincided with my discovery of TRP. Been working on apply what both have to teach since then, and I'll be the first to admit both are tough. My question to you sir is: do you feel Ti has an innate lending of alpha characteristics to the individual in question? Assuming it's not in the tertiary of inferior positions. From my understanding, both abstractly and living with Ti, it has a ve…

If you're wondering where the 8 functions come from, looking into Jung's initial works might help you. Both Meyers- Briggs and Jung came to a similar amount of functions, and the community just kept going with it. In regards to an earlier comment you made (don't let anything mold you without your permission) that is a very Introverted Thinking belief. As a function it engenders a sense that the one should be the highest moral and cognitive authority for the self. Searching for and utilizing that…
