She got a massive trip that everyone even other E5s send complaints to the CO and LT. Their response: This is a new army, there no reason to be intimidated by a female NCO. If you easily store fat then then slightly a bit more and stick to stamina based exercises like running, rucking, swimming, sprinting. Rucking is a stamina/strength exercise you carry a heavy pack on back safely so you don’t injure your back. Then walk miles or if you’re like a physical stud like my SSG run 3 miles with 40-70lbs on your back. Yomping is a term for rucking the British army and Royal Marines came up with.
