I just CAN'T believe that we are still using 1950's technology handcuffs that actually INJURE the suspect by cutting into the wrists and practically rip bones that STILL are fairly easy to slip out of. Florida real estate is still reasonable as there is still land available on the outer circles of urban areas and developers are relentless creating a surplus. It's no where near as pricy as in California where a shack in a relatively bad part can still be a million. Three million is the Tampa/St Petersburg area will still get you some square footage and in ground pool but nothing like twenty years ago.
